Competency Mentor

In this activity, you will identify and analyze the Big 6 competencies demonstrated by someone you admire professionally. This may be a fellow co-worker, supervisor, supervisee, etc., past or present, who is in your circle of influence, meaning people you work(ed) with in some capacity. You do not have to share this individuals name.

Respond to the following questions in a word document and upload in the space provided:

  1. How do you know this individual? How long have you known this individual? What is your relationship to this individual?
  2. Give specific examples of how this individual demonstrates each of the Big Six competencies.
  3. How has this individual encouraged/inspired you to develop the Bix Six competencies yourself?
