Game Design Self-Critique

Write a self-critique using your playtest video from Part 4 to form an opinion of your own work.

Answer these questions:

What social benefit was achieved with your game? Were your players having fun? When did the players learn from your serious game during the gameplay?

Add citations in your written self critique to the playtest video using clickable timestamps so that I know what you are referring to in the playtest. At the end of the your critique write about the strengths and weaknesses of your own work and then write about how you might improve the design.

This is how you use in-text citations:

For videos use a time stamp instead of a page number. Here are examples:

When using APA format, follow the author-date method of in-text citation. This means that the author’s last name and the year of publication for the source should appear in the text, like, for example, (Jones, 2020). Page numbers will come after the year thusly (Jones, 2020, p.18). For videos use a timestamp instead of a page number and make them clickable like this (The 00’s Mix, 2020, ).
