1. Discuss how to prepare your Research Project 2 Report. Who is it for? I suggest you take the position that you are a team of analysts retained by the company to research and prepare an analytical paper to be submitted to and presented to the top management of the company as per the Terms of Reference for the project. The company needs your assessment of how they are doing? Assess the goals of the company. How are they doing? What strategies have they followed and what other strategies have they or could they follow?
2. What are you trying to achieve? Visualize the goal of the report from your perspective and from the perspective of the reader. What are the strategies that have been employed? Are they sufficient for the future? Are there other possible strategies? How would you assess the potential value of each strategy? What conclusions can you draw?
