The purpose of this class has been to better understand strategic planning and strategy implementation in an organization. The class covers a wide variety of concepts which your should be able to apply in your current role or future role.
Choose seven concepts that you found helpful from the class and do the following:
1. Provide a description of the concept and why you think it is important
2. Explain how you will apply this concept in the workplace
3. Explain why this concept will be important to you
4. Provide a specific example for how you can use the concept or have seen it work in a company
Each concept should be described in a paragraph. You should also have an introductory and concluding paragraph. Please refer to the Valencia rubric and the need to provide insightful, in-depth analysis and descriptions to receive an ‘A’
